Subordinate Offices
The Department of Culture, Orissa headed by the Commissioner Cum Secretary, Culture. The General Administration Department in their Resolution No.26715 dt.9.11.06 have ordered for merger of the Directorate of the Culture with the Department of Culture in order to achieve the aim behind such merger and to ensure greater efficiency and speedier disposal of Government work in the wake of the increasing workload projected before the Culture Department.
